About the Job
This is a critical role within the Global Workplace Safety team, responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and operation of safety and physical security programs in Chennai, India. You will lead the development of safety policies and procedures, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and provide protection for personnel and company property. Additionally, you will oversee contract transportation services, manage outsourced contract security guard forces, and contribute to operational, strategic, and tactical planning.

Key Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need 5 years of experience in corporate safety and/or security with at least two years in a managerial or supervisory role. A BA/BS degree in business, management, criminal justice, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience operating in a matrix environment, project management, and technical depth and breadth of knowledge of safety and management concepts are highly desirable.
