Your Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate end-to-end delivery of Circles Life products (Mobile, Web, Backend) against target deadlines and standards.">
  • Establish trust with internal and external stakeholders, eliminating non-value-add activity and blockers.">
  • Provide progress updates and reports to department heads and feed relevant information back to teams.">
  • Capture feedback from teams and continuously improve the team's agile approach.">

We're Looking For:

">
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Program Manager in driving complex projects in fast-paced environments.">
  • Proven experience in driving development processes to achieve delivery outcomes using Agile Lean Methodology.">
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to manage priorities across multiple teams and functions.">
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate project progress, risks, and reports at all organisational levels.">
  • Experience in developing tools and processes to improve team productivity, with strong knowledge of Agile Methodology and frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.">
