Job Title: Change Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Professional to join our team. As a Change Management Professional, you will play a key role in supporting digital transformation projects across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Change Management Support: Provide support for multiple digital transformation projects, ensuring effective change adoption and communication strategies.
  • Intranet Site Maintenance: Maintain and update the organization's knowledge intranet site, ensuring it remains relevant and engaging for stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Feedback: Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback to improve communication strategies and ensure they are aligned with business objectives.
  • Communication Monitoring: Monitor, track, and report on communication reach, engagement, and change adoption, providing insights to inform future initiatives.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed reports on change and communication activities for various projects, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Content Development: Draft clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to different business audiences, ensuring messaging is consistent with the organization's brand and tone.
  • Messaging Consistency: Ensure messaging is consistent across all channels, aligning with the organization's brand, tone, and objectives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to produce monthly newsletters, training materials, and other instructional assets.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience in change management, change communication, & instructional design, preferably in multi-business or consulting environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Studies, Change Management, or related fields.
  • Methodologies: Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Writing Skills: Strong writing and storytelling skills to simplify complex topics.
  • Instructional Design: Instructional design expertise.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, and intranet tools.
  • Cultural Competence: High emotional intelligence and adaptability across diverse business cultures.
  • Project Management: Strong project planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
