Derivatives Trader

We are seeking a skilled Derivatives Trader to manage firm capital using systematic, semi-systematic, or high-performing discretionary strategies across various exchanges.

This role is suitable for both point-and-click traders and those evolving toward automated frameworks. You will be expected to trade multiple products, not just single contracts, and take full responsibility for pricing, execution, and risk management.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Generating consistent cash flow with strict risk discipline.
  2. Maintaining risk exposure within firm parameters through effective Portfolio & Risk Management.
  3. Continuously analyzing and adjusting strategies based on market conditions and real-time performance data to optimize Performance.
  4. Developing and deploying new trading strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years of buy-side trading experience in futures markets at proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, or family offices.
  • A proven track record of managing profitable trading strategies with risk-adjusted returns.
  • Strong understanding of risk controls, money management, order management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to adapt to different markets and trade contracts with diverse underlying assets.
  • Key skills: consistency, structured decision-making, and strict risk discipline.
