Senior Specialist Business Consultant

Drive impactful innovation by leveraging expertise in Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs) to enhance their functionality and health. Your primary responsibility will be to assess and optimize Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models for improved comprehension, accuracy, and efficiency in processing user queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, monitor, and maintain IVA performance data, user interactions, and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize Interaction Analytics for continuous enhancement opportunities for the IVA.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to rectify any system bugs or performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimization strategies and updates.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain automated Business Intelligence solutions consisting of multiple dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
  • Effectively communicate complex analysis and insights to various stakeholders within and outside analytical teams.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 12 years of experience in the Contact Center Industry, strong knowledge of contact center Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  2. Proven experience in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing IVAs and NLU models.
  3. Deep understanding of interaction analytics data.
  4. Strong proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python.
  5. Experience with Groovy, JavaScript, Regex, CSS, JSON preferred.
