Senior Financial Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project accounting professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional financial results.
Key Responsibilities- Project Accounting: Ensure accurate element-wise and stream-wise project cost accounting, common cost allocation, and finalization of transfer pricing for inter-company transactions.
- Project Financing: Partner with treasury and banking teams for ECA and debt financing at optimized costs.
- Inventory Management: Continuously monitor project inventory, partner with PMC's/sub-contractors, and perform inventory reconciliations.
- Incentive Optimization: Optimize state incentives, represent to the government, file documents and information, and design systems aligning with incentive policy requirements.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and assess financial risks, develop strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively and efficiently, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance.
- Policies, Processes, and Procedures: Create standard policies, processes, and procedures that align with business objectives and monitor their adherence.
- People Management: Mentor and develop respective teams to take larger responsibilities and efficiently perform their roles.
