Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of SAP S/4HANA initiatives within a pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong awareness of regulated environments and in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including commercial business flows and integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation through to delivery, with a focus on upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, align solutions with business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate system testing, pre go-live readiness, cutover, and post go-live support to ensure successful delivery with minimal business disruption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
  • Expertise in process mapping, documentation management, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver training and support knowledge adoption across business and technical teams.
