Job Title: Application Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take on the role of Subject Matter Expert in SAP Project System (PS), providing expertise and guidance.
  • Lead and manage teams with accountability for decision-making and outcomes.
  • Collaborate across functions and contribute to key business decisions.
  • Offer solutions to complex problems within the team and beyond.
  • Organize training and skill development opportunities for team members.
  • Oversee project progress, making adjustments as necessary for timely delivery.
  • Ensure application design, configuration, and development meet organizational standards and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS) with at least 7.5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Display an in-depth understanding of project management methodologies and their application in SAP PS.
  • Prove experience in application design, build, and configuration.
  • Show strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
  • Highlight knowledge of integration processes and tools related to SAP PS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
  • Skills in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with other SAP modules and cross-functional integrations.
