The Engineering Department is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities' systems. This role involves inspecting and assisting in regular maintenance tasks, as well as executing maintenance requests from the systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading teams to ensure that all staff receive technical training, supervision, and assessment.
  • Dealing with emergent situations and solving equipment problems efficiently.
  • Ensuring adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and guiding principles.
  • Managing and controlling wastage, making good use of energy and materials, and promoting environmental sustainability.
  • Effectively leading employees, setting a good example, being proactive, and demonstrating good leadership.
  • Organizing staff to perform routine maintenance work, ensuring quality meets hotel standards.
  • Reporting any irregularities or situations to the superior.
  • Assisting in employee management and maintenance planning, motivating staff to achieve common goals and enhance team spirit.
  • Ensuring hotel systems and equipment are maintained, supervising, and arranging all procedures.
  • Maintaining a proper record of relevant hotel systems and equipment.
  • Controlling and managing all equipment, tools, and materials properly.
  • Fostering effective communication with the supervisor, staff, and local authorities.
  • Monitoring and supervising contractors and construction closely, ensuring the highest standards.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can serve Hilton Brands by working on behalf of our guests and collaborating with other Team Members.
