Java Application Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Java professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Java development and support, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance for Java applications and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Java-related issues reported by users.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of Java applications.
- Document issues and resolutions in a knowledge base for future reference.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards.
- 4-6 years of experience in Java development and support.
- Strong knowledge of Java SE and Java EE technologies.
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Struts.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
