Description

We are seeking a Java Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Java development and support, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal performance of Java applications.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Java applications and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Java-related issues reported by users.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of Java applications.
- Document issues and resolutions in a knowledge base for future reference.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards.

Skills and Qualifications

- 4-6 years of experience in Java development and support.
- Strong knowledge of Java SE and Java EE technologies.
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Struts.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
