Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager at T%V S%D, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. This includes managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner, performing expense checks, reviewing bills, and maintaining documents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and be proficient in formatting information for internal and external communication. They will also possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to oversee the performance of other clerical staff and maintain office supply inventory.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can take minutes during meetings, coordinate with Central Functions, and support deliverables. Additionally, they will be responsible for screening and directing phone calls, distributing correspondence, and organizing the office filing system.

Job Description:- Manage Information Flow: Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information within the team.
- Expense Control: Perform regular expense checks, review bills, and maintain accurate records.
- Document Review: Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents.
- Office Supply Inventory: Maintain an up-to-date record of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Clerical Support: Oversee the performance of other clerical staff and provide guidance as needed.
- Communication: Format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Meeting Minutes: Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings.
- Central Function Coordination: Collaborate with Central Functions to support deliverables.
- Phone Call Management: Screen and direct phone calls, distribute correspondence, and maintain a tidy reception area.
Requirements:
- Strong Excel Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and formatting.
- Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of organization.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
