Operations Manager

We are looking for a passionate operations manager who can help manage various leadership programs and other learning engagements by liaising with corporate clients.The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. This individual would also be able to handle associated operational and people-related responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Business development team to design proposals for potential program opportunities
- Liaise with the program manager in the Client organization to finalize and execute the program as per plan
- Liaise with Coaches/facilitators to confirm their availability for the program
- Set up the Learning management system and upload content and required
- Keep track of the progress of various programs, set up and run periodic program governance meetings and share reports as required
- Liaise with the Marketing team to design brochures/creatives to showcase program details
- Ensure Learning modules and coach profiles are updated in our database
- Assist with operational activities as required
- Manage HR-related activities as and when required
- Liaise with the Finance/CA team on a weekly basis to ensure Financial documentation/processing is on track
Qualifications·
- Bachelors or Masters degree in any field
- Relevant experience of in an Operations/Program Management role
- Atleast 3 years of overall experience
- Good communication skills, diligence and high energy
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated to complete the assigned tasks on time
- Must be well-versed in MS office tools and should be willing to master any new tools as require
- Experience in HR would be a plus
