Project Leadership Role

This is a critical position that requires collaboration and teamwork to drive project success.

The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of senior or project engineers, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Feasibility Study Reports: Prepare detailed reports in compliance with employer requirements and review with stakeholders.
  • Design Specification: Collaborate with teams to develop specifications compliant with employer needs, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Scope of Works: Agree and manage scope with stakeholders, ensuring clear definitions and expectations.
  • Detailed Design: Conduct detailed design, adhering to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • CALCULATIONS REVIEW: Review and sign off calculations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Information Provision: Provide necessary information for project costing, tender preparation, and construction activity.
  • Contract Documents: Coordinate project contracts documents, reviewing input from team members.
  • Queries Management: Address day-to-day queries from teams, ensuring timely responses and relevant information.
  • Variance Reporting: Report variances between constructed works and design intent.
  • Project Management: Manage projects using applicable tools, ensuring efficient delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Tech Excellence: Lead technical excellence initiatives, promoting continuous improvement and raising competence within teams.
  • Risk Identification: Identify potential risks, referring or acting upon them as needed.
  • Task Management: Manage delegated tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimized.
  • Fees and Scope: Identify and report additional fees or scope agreed with stakeholders.
  • Timesheets: Complete accurate timesheets ahead of deadlines.
