Job Title: Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing business strategies, improving performance metrics, and supporting teams with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports to track key performance indicators and KPIs.
  • Data Management: Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights.
  • Business Intelligence Tools: Leverage tools like Excel and PowerBI to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for better decision-making.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of business channels and campaigns (e.g., digital marketing) and recommend improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business units, to understand requirements and provide analytical support.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or preferred Master's in Analytics or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-6 years of proven experience in business analysis, preferably with a focus on data analytics.

Required Skills:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with SQL to manage and query data.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).
    • PowerBI experience to build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Bonus Skills:
    • Familiarity with data analysis concepts such as regression analysis and time series analysis.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
    • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python for data analysis and automation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
