Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Automation Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of high-performing individuals who are responsible for end-to-end pricing operations management of retail categories in various international marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve operational and business goals. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface and drive agenda with automation and technology teams to build scalable solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, planning, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments, owning production and quality KRAs for the team, and managing performance measured on operations/business goals and SLA metrics. They will also influence peers and stakeholders in other functions to achieve operational and business goals assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages a team of high-performing individuals responsible for end-to-end pricing operations management of retail categories in various international marketplaces.
  • Organizes, plans, prioritizes, and schedules work assignments, owns production and quality KRAs for the team, and manages performance measured on operations/business goals and SLA metrics.
  • Influences peers and stakeholders in other functions to achieve operational and business goals assigned.
  • Interfaces and drives agenda with automation and technology teams to build scalable solutions.
  • Ensures high-quality standards for interviewing and hiring employees at all levels of the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of program or project management experience
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions
  • Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts
  • Experience in office operations, escalation management, and troubleshooting environments
