Job Title: Application Strategist

Application Description:

As an application strategist, you will play a key role in defining project requirements and designing software applications to meet business needs. By leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow SAM, providing guidance and technical leadership to teams.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to drive project success through key decision-making.
  • Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Create detailed technical specifications and design documents outlining application structure and functionality.
  • Implement and configure applications in ServiceNow SAM, ensuring compliance with business and technical requirements.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
  • Strong understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices.
  • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow SAM solutions.
  • Knowledge of software licensing, compliance, and how these concepts are integrated within ServiceNow SAM.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with IT asset management tools.
  • Experience in ServiceNow custom application creation or ServiceNow IT operations management (ITOM).

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow SAM.

Qualifications:

  • 15 years of full-time education is required.
