Job Title: Cloud Application Architect

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Application Architect to join our team. As a key member of our cloud migration and implementation team, you will be responsible for defining requirements and designing applications that meet business process and application needs using ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

Your Role:

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions using ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions using ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
  • Assist in defining requirements and designing applications that meet business processes and application requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application design and development, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the design and implementation phases.
  • Ensure the alignment of designs with ITIL best practices and other industry standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience in application design and development using ServiceNow platforms.
  • Technical documentation development experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
