Job Title: Operations Management Specialist

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Management Specialist to join our team at Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to analytical support, communication with stakeholders, financial analysis, customer service support, and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis: Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be standardized, improved or automated.
  • Documentation: Deliver process and solution documentation while working across an array of teams, geographies, and tools.
  • Project Management: Lead projects from end-to-end, ensuring goals are achieved on time.
  • Cross-Functional Understanding: Develop deep cross-functional understanding of individual teams and processes to ensure best-fit solution development.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
  • Quality Documentation: Document all work to a high professional standard.

  • Communication: Effective and persuasive communicator; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
