Operations Leadership Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to lead our operations team. As a key member, you will drive efficiency and growth across teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across sales, warehouse, and telecalling functions.
  • Manage and mentor team leads, including Sales Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Telecallers.
  • Design and implement growth strategies, such as cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Optimize operational flows, from order management to last-mile delivery.
  • Monitor financial metrics and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership on long-term growth plans.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a Tier-1 college.
  • Strong background in operations and finance.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in designing growth strategies.
