Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of digital marketing website projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage the development lifecycle of digital marketing website projects from initial scoping and planning through execution, launch, and post-launch review.
  • Ensure all projects meet defined objectives and quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and clear deliverables.
  • Convert complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and detailed tasks for the development team.
  • Utilize project management tools effectively to plan, track progress, manage sprints/phases, and report on project status.
  • Continuously track project progress against established timelines and objectives.
  • Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and roadblocks, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Manage scope changes effectively, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ensure the technical quality, performance, and scalability of developed websites.
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to manage testing, facilitate bug resolution, and ensure the overall quality of the delivered product.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Provide regular progress reports, status updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the successful launch and deployment of websites, coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews to evaluate project success and inform future project improvements.
