Digital Marketing Website Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the entire lifecycle of digital marketing website projects, from initiation through to successful completion.
  • Central point of contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Fostering strong communication between clients and internal development teams.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Digital Marketing Website Project Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of digital marketing website projects, from initiation through to successful completion.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in Project Management roles, particularly within the context of web development or digital projects. You should have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting defined objectives and quality standards.

Planning & Execution:

You will develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and clear deliverables. You will also utilize project management tools like Jira and MS Project effectively to plan, track progress, manage sprints/phases, and report on project status.

Monitoring & Control:

Continuously track project progress against established timelines and objectives. Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and roadblocks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight:

Ensure the technical quality, performance, and scalability of developed websites. Leverage a strong understanding of WordPress and Gatsby.js development best practices to guide the technical team and ensure high-quality output.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with clients and all internal teams (development, design, QA, marketing). Provide regular, transparent progress reports, status updates, and risk assessments to all relevant stakeholders.

Deployment & Post-Launch:

Oversight of the successful launch and deployment of websites, coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth transitions. Conduct post-launch reviews to evaluate project success, identify lessons learned, and inform future project improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a Project Manager role, specifically managing web development or digital marketing projects. Strong understanding of web development technologies and processes. Proven experience with WordPress and Gatsby.js development best practices is essential.
