Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced executive to spearhead our retail, trade, and rice sales operations in Eastern India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business strategies to introduce our brands in new markets and expand sales in existing ones.
  • Oversee the revenue and expenditure of packed rice sales and track performance compared to other brands in the market.
  • Communicate with production teams on sales team requirements in different regions.
Essential Skills:
  • Significant experience in rice/packed product sales in Eastern India.
  • Entrepreneurial and risk-taking ability, as well as strong business acumen.
  • Strong knowledge of costing and profit/loss analysis.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Hindi is required.
