English Instructor Position

This position requires a qualified English instructor to teach and facilitate the implementation of Cambridge English Curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of the curriculum.

  • The selected individual will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging english lessons, collaborating with teachers to align with Cambridge standards.
  • Analyzing student performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
  • Communicating regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and support their involvement in their child's english education.
  • Staying current with developments in education and Cambridge curriculum standards.
  • Creating an interactive and engaging learning environment to help learners improve their English language skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Certification in Cambridge (CICTL/CIDTL) English or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • Certification or training in English language teaching such as TESOL/CICTL/ESOL//TEFL.
  • Previous experience teaching or facilitating Cambridge English programs.
  • Strong knowledge of English content and pedagogy, particularly aligned with Cambridge standards.
  • Proficiency in English language excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and use assessment results to inform instruction and support student learning.
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
  • Experience in delivering English language training or tutoring sessions.
  • Knowledge of Cambridge English exams and testing procedures.
  • Understanding of various teaching methodologies and techniques.
  • Ability to develop lesson plans and learning materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse learners.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic training environment.
  • Patience and empathy towards learners.
  • Experience in conducting assessments and tracking learner progress.
