Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Account Management professional to join our team at AddWeb Solution Pvt Ltd. As a Trainee Account Management, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Help coordinate the execution of client projects, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, project details, and invoicing.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
  • Assist in drafting proposals and presentations for potential new business.
  • Maintain client records, keep, and send periodic updates.
  • Understand the products and services the business offers to ensure their adequate delivery to clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in flexible timings.

Program Structure:

  • Training Months: 3 months.
  • Stipend: Rs 5,000/- per month.
  • Training: Under Department Senior.
  • Eligibility: Based on your learning and assessment by your senior.
