Job Title: Interior Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced interior project manager to oversee interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily on-site interior work activities
  • Interpret interior design drawings
  • Ensure work is carried out according to approved designs
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
  • Conduct quality checks
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Maintain site logs
  • Identify and solve site-related issues
  • Monitor manpower productivity
  • Assist in material measurement and procurement follow-up
Qualifications and Skills:
