Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to assist our HR team in various functions. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work closely with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights.

  • Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.

  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes.

  • Analyze compensation data and evaluate employee benefits.

  • Contribute to the design and execution of Learning & Development programs.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    ">

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    ">

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

    ">

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    ">

  • Passion for learning and contributing to a dynamic HR environment.
