Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Oracle EBS initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, including upgrades, integrations, customizations, and new implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Led complex project management activities for Oracle EBS projects.
  • Collaborated with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
  • Translated business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Provided hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS modules (Finance and SCM).
  • Developed and implemented process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Managed project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Maintained compliance with Oracle best practices, security standards, and organizational policies.
  • Coordinated with cross-functional teams including DBAs, developers, business analysts, and functional consultants.
  • Provided leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) projects.
  • Strong project management experience with proven delivery of complex Oracle ERP initiatives.
  • In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (Finance & SCM).
  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS architecture, customizations, extensions, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming – writing queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and ITIL best practices.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
