Job Title: Customer Service Representative
As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
- Ensure adherence to process and quality standards.
- Manage shift-based responsibilities effectively.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in international voice process/customer support.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
- Good analytical, grammar, and email writing skills.
- Willingness to work in UK/US shifts.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments.
