Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Professional to spearhead quality initiatives and drive process maturity.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies, including Agile/Kanban/Scrum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements in a product/service environment
  • Establish and track quality metrics, manage deviations, ensure compliance, conduct audits, and oversee QA KPIs to drive continuous performance improvement
  • Maintain complaint/non-conformance processing, monitor risk, analyze problem logs, and apply best practices in development, testing, version control, and defect management
  • Lead strategic quality planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects/programs
  • Drive root cause analysis and facilitate effective corrective and preventative actions

Candidates should have experience in implementing process maturity in a product/service environment and be able to define and execute metrics, analysis, and reporting. IT service management operations knowledge is also required. Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills along with effective communication are essential for this role.

A degree in a relevant field and certifications in ITIL/CMMI models/Six Sigma/Lean Process will be an added advantage.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Delivery Lead or Quality Assurance and Quality Control Lead
  • US Healthcare industry experience (good to have)
  • Expertise in Quality Management activities, including audits and assessments
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
