Job Description

The role involves evaluating financial, industry, and market data to support investment strategies. This includes building models, preparing reports, and working closely with senior stakeholders to identify and assess opportunities.

This requires a strong analytical mind, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools.

  • Analyse & Interpret Data: Gather and evaluate financial, industry, and market information to deliver actionable insights.
  • Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain valuation and forecasting models for investment opportunities.
  • Research Reports: Translate complex data into clear, concise reports and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Analyst/Portfolio Manager to drive investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop financial models and forecasts to support investment decisions.
  2. Prepare research reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess new business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field is required. 1–2 years of experience in equity research, financial data analysis, or related domain is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools such as Screener and Capitaline is also required.
