Job Description

The Flexnet Operations Developer is a pivotal role that entails designing, developing, and maintaining applications and systems related to the Honeywell's Flexnet platform. This position may involve collaboration across various teams to implement and support operational needs.

  • This includes developing and maintaining applications within the Flexnet platform.
  • Cross-functional team collaboration to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the Flexnet systems and applications.
  • Code reviews and providing constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing software applications within the Flexnet environment.
  • Maintaining existing applications and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Providing code reviews and feedback to improve overall quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development, specifically with operations and applications within the Flexnet environment.
  • Strong programming skills in languages used within Flexnet, such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and the ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for software development and deployment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
