Our team seeks a highly skilled Chief Digital Infrastructure Specialist to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reliability & Performance
    • Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of critical payment platforms and services through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
    • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence of incidents.
    • Manage capacity planning, scalability, and performance tuning across cloud and on-prem environments to optimize system efficiency.
    • Lead and participate in the on-call rotation, providing timely support and issue resolution to minimize downtime.
  • DevOps Automation & CI/CD
    • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and other DevOps tools to streamline development and deployment processes.
    • Automate infrastructure deployment, configuration, and monitoring, following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
    • Enhance automation for routine operational tasks, incident response, and self-healing capabilities to improve overall system resilience.
  • Monitoring & Observability
    • Implement and manage enterprise monitoring solutions including Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana to provide real-time insights into system performance.
    • Build real-time dashboards, alerts, and reporting to proactively identify system anomalies and potential issues.
    • Continuously improve observability, logging, and tracing across all environments to ensure maximum visibility and control.
  • Cloud Platforms & Infrastructure
    • Work with AWS, Azure, and PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) environments, managing cloud-native services and infrastructure to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
    • Design and optimize cloud architecture for reliability and cost-efficiency, balancing business needs with technical requirements.
    • Collaborate with cloud security and networking teams to ensure secure and compliant infrastructure that meets regulatory standards.
  • Payment Systems Expertise
    • Apply your understanding of Card Payment systems to ensure platform reliability and compliance, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
    • Troubleshoot payment-related issues, ensuring minimal impact on transaction flows and customer experience through prompt and effective resolution.
    • Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals, driving innovation and growth.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing digital infrastructure solutions.
    • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry).
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
