The Regional Category Expert plays a pivotal role in driving our mission of delivering excellent education to every child by spearheading school expansion and partnership initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Growth: Expand our IIT - JEE/NEET Test Prep presence through strategic school acquisition and onboarding, ensuring alignment with our core values.
    • Build Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner schools, fostering strong connections based on an understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
      • Support School Development: Implement parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional branding efforts to drive school growth.
        • Negotiate and Finalize Agreements: Secure partnerships that align with our goals, ensuring seamless transitions to the Key Account team.
          • Monitor Progress: Track key performance metrics and communicate results regularly to stakeholders.
          Ideal Experience Profile:
          • 8-10 years of experience in new client acquisition, including 2-4 years in leadership roles.
          • Pan-India Sales solution delivery expertise and successful leadership of large-volume, high-quality sales engagements are required.
          • Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closure are essential.
          • Ability to travel extensively across assigned territories or zones is necessary.
