We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support and production support, with expertise in .NET or Java monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus or Splunk or Dynatrace.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hands-on experience with Incident Management Processes, ITIL, Service Now or Equivalent ticketing tool
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft .NET stack (C#, VB.net, Asp.Net) or Java / At least able to debug source code
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Able to write SQL Queries, Stored Procedures
  • As a Production Support Engineer, should have knowledge of SRE
  • Have worked on Incidents and Change Release handling Production Environment
  • Participate in Release and Deployment process
  • Work towards advancing the DevOps discipline across the enterprise
  • Work with the team on manual support evaluation and provide recommendations on DevOps tooling and automation, wherever possible
  • Experience debugging and performance tuning applications and services
  • Ability to debug and analyze windows, web server and application logs
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving multiple systems

Requirements:

  • Education- BE, BTech any technical graduate
  • Experience- 5 to 7 years
  • NP- Immediate joiner
  • 24x5 Shift Timing - Morning: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM, General: 11:30 PM to 08:30 PM, Night: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM
