Chief People Officer

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead end-to-end human resources operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring timely filling of vacancies and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and growth, resulting in improved job satisfaction and reduced turnover.
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations, minimizing the risk of legal disputes and fines.
- Collaborate with leadership and teams to strengthen workplace culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Manage policies, frameworks, and processes to support organizational goals, streamlining HR functions and improving efficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Labor Law compliance, preferably in the education industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, with expertise in training & development and handling compliance matters.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- MBA in Human Resources and Bachelor of Law (LLB) required, with a strong academic record and relevant certifications.
