Job Title: Manhattan Proactive Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled trainer to join our team as a Manhattan Proactive Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging course content, providing personalized support to students, assessing learner progress, and incorporating feedback to improve instructional strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering corporate trainings, strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, proficiency with online teaching tools and virtual learning environments, ability to assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities:
  • Course Content Development: Prepare and deliver engaging course content that meets the evolving needs of learners.
  • Learner Support: Provide personalized support to students, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to improve instructional strategies.
  • Training Materials Development: Assist in developing and implementing new training materials to meet the evolving needs of learners.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in delivering corporate trainings is a must.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, proficiency with online teaching tools and virtual learning environments, ability to assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and remotely.
