About the Role
">- As a Content Development Executive, your main responsibility will be to craft high-quality training content for digital transformation and cybersecurity programs.
Key responsibilities include designing comprehensive training programs in Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and other technical subjects. You will also develop assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, translate complex topics into clear and concise training materials, maintain and update the repository of all created content, and review content of team members and freelance developers.
">- Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions.
- Facilitate client support activities through proper communication.
- Support trainers, including freelancers, to prepare them for assigned trainings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- At least one of the following certifications – CompTIA Security+, CRISC, CISSP, CEH, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AZ-900.
- Min 2 years of experience in designing high-quality training programs on complex technical topics.
- Excellent presentation skills – written and verbal.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
