Advanced Planning & Scheduling Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Planning & Scheduling expert to join our team. As an APS expert, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing advanced planning solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer science, electronics, operational research, production planning, or software engineering, with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in advanced planning and scheduling.

You will be responsible for managing a team, leading projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. Your analytical skills should be above average, and you should have excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced planning and scheduling solutions using APS software;
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver results;
  • Maintain and improve existing processes and procedures;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in APS;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Operational Research, Production Planning, or Software Engineering;
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in advanced planning and scheduling;
  • Strong background in APS software and its applications;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Above-average abstraction and communication skills;
  • Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams;
  • Customer-oriented, result-oriented, and proactive attitude;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile projects and methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe;
  • Knowledge of workforce management principles and practices;
  • Familiarity with PSI Metals software and its applications;
