About the Opportunity:

We seek a seasoned Landscape Manager to oversee and lead our landscape design projects. The ideal candidate will have an impressive portfolio showcasing their expertise in diverse projects and be proficient in relevant software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct landscape design projects from conception to completion for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other professionals to ensure high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions.
  • Manage client expectations while ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to budget guidelines.
  • Guide junior team members in the design of assigned projects.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of landscape drawing production techniques, Bills of Materials, and project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in landscape architecture from a reputable institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in landscape design or architecture.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Deliverables:

  • Percentage completion of projects based on project delivery and batches.
  • Number of projects requiring significant design revisions post initial submission.
  • Revenue - Achieving Annual Billing target based on Quarterly design delivery schedule.
  • Quality - Instances of design flaws or failures identified during or after project for landscape works.
  • Innovation and Energy Efficiency - Number of innovative technologies and sustainable practices implemented in design.
