Job Overview:

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join our team and enable us to conduct business in full compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

This role requires a pragmatic approach to compliance, helping the organization manage risk and build trust with customers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, implementing, and managing IT Controls & Compliance Frameworks.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry best security practices within SaaS environments.
  • Managing and coordinating customer and third-party attestations as part of contractual obligations and certification requirements.
  • Supporting Third-Party Risk assessments and regular assurance programs.
  • Collaborating with GRC tools and platforms.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in implementing Compliance programs in an international environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; academic degree desired in IT Security, Risk Management, or Cyber Security.
  • Fluent English - written and spoken required.
  • Professional certifications desired or willingness to obtain them.

Candidates should be proficient in analyzing and translating laws, regulations, and technical requirements into commercially focused business processes.

They should also be able to execute and report on Risk Assessment and Risk Mitigation Program metrics.

A good understanding of FinTech, Agile/Scrum working environments, Secure-SDLC tooling, Application Security, and cloud technologies is necessary.

Candidates must possess knowledge of multiple security and privacy frameworks, Third-party risk, outsourcing, and banking regulations.
