About the Role

The Search Engine Optimization Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving exceptional customer experiences, successful outcomes, and outstanding results. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, this role requires you to be knowledgeable and experienced with SEO best practices, trends, and principles.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging technical SEO expertise and knowledge to deliver outstanding results and implement effective solutions for clients.
  • Managing client and vendor relationships while ensuring every client has an excellent customer experience and is satisfied with the service provided.
  • Taking the lead in developing, planning, and implementing technical SEO solutions, maintaining quality control measures, and strategizing content calendars.
  • Upselling and cross-selling new products to existing clients, educating them on expected outcomes, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in advanced content, including tags and meta information, to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in SEO strategies.

This position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and analytical problem-solving abilities. You should be proficient in technical SEO, keyword analysis, competitive analysis, and web analytics tools.
