Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge to support sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Assist in monitoring production activities to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
  • Support the preparation of product documentation, dossiers, and compliance reports.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, quality assurance, R&D, and sales).
  • Conduct product training sessions for internal staff and external customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical product support.
  • Collect and analyze customer/market feedback to suggest product improvements.
  • Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and industry guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a factory, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, or regulatory compliance is preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred Skills:
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical formulations, production processes, or quality systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
