We are seeking a passionate Senior Product Designer to champion intuitive, effective, and user-centered design across our portfolio of innovative healthcare startups. This role will be a critical advocate for the end-user, diving deep into understanding their needs, behaviors, and challenges within the complex Indian healthcare context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Drive the end-to-end UX design process across multiple portfolio companies, from early-stage user discovery and research to final UI execution and validation.">
  • Plan, conduct, and analyze user research (interviews, contextual inquiries, surveys, usability testing) to uncover deep user insights and unmet needs specific to healthcare contexts.">
  • Design intuitive information architectures, user flows, journey maps, and interaction models for complex healthcare applications.">
  • Create compelling low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and facilitate user testing.">
  • Ensure designs adhere to accessibility best practices (WCAG).">
  • Cross-Portfolio Collaboration: Serve as the UX expert, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, founders, and clinical experts across various startups to ensure user needs are central to product development.">
  • Advocacy & Communication: Clearly articulate UX rationale, present design solutions persuasively, and advocate for user-centered approaches with diverse stakeholders.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience specifically focused on UX Design or Product Design with a strong UX emphasis.">
  • A robust online portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in UX methodologies (user research, IA, interaction design, usability testing) and showcasing impactful design solutions for complex web/mobile applications is mandatory.">
  • Proven ability to lead the entire UX lifecycle, from research and strategy to detailed interaction and visual design.">
  • Research Skills: Demonstrable experience with a variety of user research methods and the ability to translate findings into tangible design improvements.">
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience designing for complex domains is essential.">
