Healthcare Product Manager

Role Overview:

As a senior product manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing roadmaps and owning release plans for multiple healthcare capabilities that meet industry and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and prioritize backlogs to align with stakeholder objectives.
  • Apply industry best practices and learnings from client interactions to drive design excellence.
  • Drive business pursuit initiatives and sales demos.
  • Shape the Infosys platform to deliver improved care outcomes for payers and providers.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in software product management roles with a proven track record in market-leading healthcare products.
  • Feature planning, design, and development expertise.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to act as a thought leader and subject matter expert.
  • Experience working with payer, provider, and PBM organizations.

Required Expertise:

  • Product lifecycle management from ideation to ongoing development.
  • Expertise in US Government Program Line of Business Medicare, Medicaid, Duals, Marketplace Plan Sponsor, Product Enrollment Billing, Provider Data Management, Provider Network Management, Claims Encounters, Medicare and Marketplace Risk Adjustment.
