We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Lines Product Specialist with in-depth expertise in commercial insurance products to support our onsite team.

In this strategic role, you will work closely with the onsite Product Owner to analyze ISO manuals, manage product backlogs, and drive successful implementation of commercial lines offerings such as Commercial Property, General Liability, CPP, Inland Marine, Crime, and Umbrella.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, business analysts, and IT to define requirements, validate testing, and ensure user acceptance.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product models and ISO manuals for commercial lines offerings (Rates, Rules, and Forms) to support the onsite Product Owner.
  • Manage the product backlog, document requirements, and provide clarifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define and review testing scenarios, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
  • Review QA results and support business analysts in defining and executing UAT scenarios.
  • Ensure successful UAT execution and manage defect triage processes.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams for requirement definition, sign-off, and user acceptance testing.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience as a Business System Analyst in the commercial lines insurance domain.
  • Strong expertise in ISO commercial lines product offerings, including rating and forms.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing commercial lines products on Guidewire Cloud PolicyCenter.
