Job Title: Serve/System Engineer III

This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing collaboration systems, ensuring seamless communication within the team.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks, including Exchange Online and Teams. They should be proficient in using various tools to build and deploy services, such as Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform.


A successful Serve/System Engineer III should possess strong problem-solving skills, being able to decompose complex problems into manageable components and offer succinct solutions. They must also have a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, fostering optimism in challenging situations.


In this role, you will work closely with the Service and Project Managers to support project implementation and vendor performance. You will maintain automation scripts, enhance functionality, and follow industry best practices and quality assurance standards.


The Serve/System Engineer III will be responsible for analyzing systems, participating in design and engineering projects, configuring prototypes, delivering products, and managing solution implementation and vendor performance. They will also engage in team activities to support Service and Project Managers.
