About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer interactions, understanding customer needs and profiles, conducting in-depth tours of assigned residential properties, explaining investment rationale, and following up until sale materializes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead Generation: Work with channel partner relationships and other sources to generate possible referrals/leads.
  • Competition Tracking: Monitor and analyze competition and market trends to stay ahead of the game.
  • Team Collaboration: Share knowledge and best practices with the team to drive success.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly targets with respect to lead sourcing, call volume, and sales.
  • Reporting: Ensure timely updates on the system.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills along with a pleasing personality.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process or hospitality/aviation (not necessarily real estate) is required.
  • Passion and Ownership: Demonstrate high levels of passion and ownership.

Preferrred Location: Candidates from Bangalore are preferred.
