Senior Workday Consultant Role Overview

As a seasoned consultant, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level services in multiple areas of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM). This includes functional consulting, architecture, project management, data conversion, and integrations.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday implementation and/or production support, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong consulting experience and the ability to analyze complex technical issues are essential.

  • Deliver expert-level services in Workday HCM Functional Consulting, Architecture, Project Management, Data Conversion, and Integrations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key responsibilities:

  • Functional Consulting: Provide guidance on Workday configuration and customization to meet client requirements.
  • Architecture: Design and implement Workday architectures that align with client business objectives.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Workday projects on time and within budget.
  • Data Conversion: Ensure seamless data migration from legacy systems to Workday.
  • Integrations: Develop and implement integrations between Workday and other systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday implementation and/or production support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
