We are seeking a Branch Service Operations Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of a branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer service while also driving business development through effective sales strategies and cross-selling.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily activities of the branch, ensuring efficient management of resources and regulatory compliance.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Wealth Management Services: Develop and implement wealth solutions, focusing on identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate products, and building long-term relationships.
- Business Development: Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, cross-selling, and customer engagement.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing queries, resolving issues efficiently, and raising service requests for high net worth individuals.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and work efficiency within the branch.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in branch operations management, including a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
